Television & Industry Recognition

Chef Claude rose to fame after winning Food Network's Chopped in March 2019, earning the prestigious title of Chopped Champion. His success led to further opportunities, including competing on Fire Masters in Canada and Kitchen Crash, hosted by Jeff Morro — where he showcased his versatility and creativity.

Driven by his vision to share the vibrant flavors of Antigua and Barbuda, Chef Claude opened the Freetown Road Project eatery, offering authentic Caribbean dishes like pepperpot and ducana, infused with traditional island spices and locally sourced ingredients. His innovative approach has made the eatery a beloved destination for those eager to experience the true essence of Antiguan and Barbudan cuisine.
