Driven by his vision to share the vibrant flavors of Antigua and Barbuda, Chef Claude opened the Freetown Road Project eatery, offering authentic Caribbean dishes like pepperpot and ducana, infused with traditional island spices and locally sourced ingredients. His innovative approach has made the eatery a beloved destination for those eager to experience the true essence of Antiguan and Barbudan cuisine.
Chef Claude has served as a food ambassador for Antigua and Barbuda, cooking for United Nations delegates alongside chefs from Trinidad and Guyana. He also represented Antigua at the World Expo in Dubai, preparing national dishes that highlighted the rich and diverse flavors of Caribbean cuisine.
