Digi2U is dedicated to providing hands-on training in technology, media, and creative industries to empower individuals and communities. Through our innovative programs, we equip students with the skills, tools, and resources needed to succeed in the digital age, fostering growth, creativity, and career advancement.

Digi2U, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, prepares people for well-paid technology jobs and in-demand businesses through innovative training in STEAM (science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) learning and application.

OUR MASTER PLAN

Our master plan is to develop, provide, and host a network of resources through our website at www.digi2u, our community campus network and collaborations with other organizations and people in our communities that include northeast New Jersey, southwest Atlanta. Our innovative learning opportunities with business and media production enrichment services empower…, to facilitate collaborative workflows through shared access to the tools of business and content production and encourage giving back through mentorship, volunteerism, apprenticeship, and sponsorship. By sharing technology and work resources collaboratively our members, collectively and individually, are better positioned to compete in the modern economy and uplift economies and individuals in need.

OUR ACCOMPLISHMENTS AND IMPACT

Celebrating Milestones in Community Empowerment and Innovation

3D Printing Build, Prototyping intensives, Makerspace training including media and light wood construction.

3D Printing including build a 3D printer and learn the components, and learn basic prototyping and to fabricate useful things

Built 15 Jellybox 3D printers and learned how a 3D printer works and how to print.

Content creation and documentary filmmaking intensive.

Media Productions: Produced 40+ streamed media events.

Conducted over 200 hours of events for community artists and technicians.

Three feature-length documentaries on critical social issues.

Created including furniture, cosmetic packaging, automotive parts, and jewelry.

OUR STORY

Empowering Communities Through Innovation

Digi2U model is easily expandable, replicatible yet also easily tailored to local and specific needs. We have successful reached 1000’s through our community initiatives and have created curriculum, invested in tools and space, and trained over 25 adults and youth in year long intensive’s resulting in graduates with many business and career advancement and youth now in university. Our collaboration model we operate in five cities and work and meet through our advanced virtual environment our community.

Our programs are designed for our communities, and have been tested through our successful initiatives serving 1000's through community initiatives and dozens in media, additive manufacturing and wood working training intensives. With collaborative spirit, and your support, our approach to programming can become self-sustainable, and can be replicated, expanded and tailored to our communities' objectives.

Develop in-house data management, curricula and product development systems,

Equipment, operating space, time as trainers and developers, and supplies.

5000 hours online and onsite with real-life application and learn-by-doing producing marketable skills and products.

1000 hours of mobile media labs and events reaching thousands in metro New Jersey and southwest Atlanta.

Provide contributions of services to major events like Comicon, Khem Fest, and International Day of Peace in Times Square, KRS-One’s Temple of Hip Hop.

We leverage our extensive network of community partners, joint initiatives, and production collaborations with other organizations, businesses, schools and universities, and government.

We are individuals with shared interests. We have satellite locations in four cities. Newark, Jersey City, Atlanta and Houston.
